J'accuse! Ahem. I said, J'ACCCUSE!

A former Vice-President of the U.S. and the recipient of more votes in 2000 than the current resident of the White House accuses said resident of breaking the law. And the Network coverage of the speech yesterday? Nada.

Even PBS's "Newshour" had little or nothing to say about what you'd think would be a fairly incendiary piece of news.

And the New York Times? A few paragraphs at the conclusion of a story about the ACLU suing the administration for warrantless wiretapping.

The Left will forever be irrelevant if the so-called liberal media refuses to acknowledge that the Left even exists. I do not know if it is fear of a perceived liberal bias, a conscious or unconscious deference to a "War President," or just really crappy assignments from their editors followed by just plain weak reporting, but the political discourse will continue its lurching momentum to the right if any counter arguments go unheard.

UPDATE: The Dean of the Washington pundit corps is positively shrill.
