Transparency. That's what we need. Transparency.

Well I will be damned. Well, yes, literally, but figuratively as well.

In what Tapped calls, "a Kodak moment," Maryland's Gov. Ehrlich vetoed the Maryland legilature's bill to force employers with over 10,000 workers in the state to pay a minimum of 8% of payroll for health insurance costs. Cozily, the CEO of Wal-Mart was at his side when he did it.

The legislature overrode the veto yesterday.
