An "agreement" you can't refuse

Sheesh. Will the press stop calling what Rush Limbaugh and the law in Florida entered into "an agreement." It's not "an agreement." It's called copping a goddamn plea, you morons! Or am I missing something here in the annals of jurisprudence?
