The Graham amendment

Over at Obsidian Wings, they've posted a series of pieces on the lies, the misinformation, and the gutlessness behind the Graham amendment, which would deny habeas corpus to prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay. What little we know about the abuse of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay is due to the very habeas corpus rights that our righteous congressmen would deny those "caught on the battlefield."
