Two years since we went and liberated Iraq. More than 1,500 U.S. servicemen dead, more than 11,000 grievously wounded, unknown numbers of Iraqis killed or wounded, and we're still waiting for the prediction made by the new head of the World Bank on how it all gets paid for to come true.
