Back away from financial reporting, Brooks!

On tonight's NPR edition of two middle aged white guys who live in DC talk muddle on about politics, David Brooks said that the Obama administration could not nationalize any banks without "legislation."

He's right, but that legislation is already in place, courtesy of the Roosevelt administration: the FDIC.
