Opening Day
At long last. I'd hoped to show a video of Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, and Vince Welnick singing a beautiful A Capella version of "The Star Spangled Banner (which even the freepers approved of)" at a Giants home opener (1994?), but, alas, it is no longer available on YouTube.

Pretty freakin' ridiculous that the video's no longer there. Did I say ridiculous? I think I meant anal. For one thing -- IT'S THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER, for Pete's sake! Who was Pete anyway? Imagine if we had a president named Pete. President Peter Griffin. How freakin' sweet would that be? Little Stewie Griffin running amuck at the White House. Giggity!
