Porn stars follow my every tweet, too

So, I've been kinda silent...in general, but specifically about Weiner and his weiner. I just didn't think it was worthy of much notice. I thought when he started telling the media that he didn't know if it were his undies or not he was surely going to crash soon, but I have from the very start been tired of the press' obsession with Weiner's harmless sexting after they completely ignore the felonious behavior of John Ensign. Prolly cause there were no pictures to ogle in the latter case.

And I am torn. On the one hand, I agree with Riley that Weiner should resign to spend more time with his inner 14 year old. On the other hand, it really is none of our business.

One thing for sure: the French, who have been said to be "searching their souls" in reaction to Dominique Strauss-Kahn's allegedly violent penchant for hotel maids and female reporters, can, looking at the uproar over a tweeted photo, be once again relieved they are not Americans.

But, ultimately, this is where I come down on Weiner's foolishness -- he was doing the Lord's work and now he won't be for a very long time.

Yes, it's our business. He has been in congress since 1999 making decisions everyday that affect my state and yours. He didn't just one day this month say I think I'll masterbate or have phone sex so I can take a photo. He's infantile, obsessed with his penis, sexting women, fearful of his own sexuality--whatever that may be--in his office, on gov't time, setting himself up for blackmail and ridicule. It's definitely our business.
