Remember when Jerry Seinfeld was associated with something known as "comedy?"



Joe Posnanski has a fine rant on the show that NBC deemed was so vital to the network's future, that they broke up the closing ceremony to launch it.

Posnanski's mistake was assuming Jerry Seinfeld would be funny without the services of Larry David.
