Via Ezra Klein, here's the clearest and most concise explanation of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force on screening mammographies...you know, the one that fed into the notion that Democrats are using health care reform to kill -- in addition to fetuses, the elderly, members of the NRA, Michelle Bachman, Bart Stupak*, and Rush Limbaugh -- women.
