Letter writing

The Vega writes a letter to one of the internets gods:

Josh and Co.,

I'm sure you've been asked this a bunch of times, but I am curious to know the answer. How is that kausfiles is on your list of approved sites? It's one thing to be a contrarian "Democrat," but he's egregious. His latest post talks about how he a "business as usual politician" because he supports unions. Mercy, a democrat who supports unions. And then he goes on to quote the wit and wisdom of Dick Morris. This is pretty much par for the course.

Why, Josh, why? He's a sloppy writer and a sloppier thinker. It's bad enough Slate carries him, do you have to give your imprimatur as well?

I'll let you know if he replies. This is something that's irked me for years. It's not as though TPM has a huge blogroll and that he just forgot that Mickey Maus, who may once have amused, now just hits the rewind button every morning, spewing the same tired nonsense about democrats, teachers, unions (and especially teachers unions), and using Dick Morris as the proof of his own political brilliance. Sheesh.

As for union-bashing, Ezra Klein has a good idea.
