Failure to report

Duncan Black wonders if the fact that the Social Security Aministration has failed to deliver its Trustees report -- which is due no later than April 1 -- may have something to do with the 2005's productivity gains, making S.S. solvent far longer than the anti-S.S.ers would like us to know.
