The road to Wingnuttia

Becoming a Wingnut is all about conversion. Like Paul, they must be thrown from their horse and utterly transformed, so that they immediately take all of the ardor and passion they'd once put to use for Communism or Maoism or Black Separatism or whatever and now put it to use for their new lover, Religious Fundamentalism or Social Darwinism or Fascism or whatever. A case in point:
