It seems that Senator Martinez -- he of the infamous Schiavo memo fame -- has a rather long history of blaming staffers for incendiary documents coming out of his various offices.

And, as an aside to Kevin Drum and the rest of the blogosphere, I offer a fervent plea: Can everyone simply stop reading and referencing Mickey Maus? The world would be a better place, and maybe the bald hack would disappear altogether. I know it's a daily brain tease to try to figure out what the hell he's talking about most of the time, and it's fun to out him in his hackery, but, enough already.
