Keynote address? What keynote address?

Brad DeLong points out, in response to the disinvitation to the Presiden't box last night and Laura Bush's claim that they didn't agree with the points he made, that Zell Miller was the keynote speaker. They certainly wrote his speach, let alone vetted it. They just didn't expect him to do an impersonation ofEmperor Palpatinesque.
